It's that time again...time to make New Year's resolutions! Each year, Brian and I sit down and talk about what we want to accomplish over the next year. This year, we did it during our anniversary lunch. Here is what we came up with:
Family:
Start Mitchell Family Values (will have a future post about this)
Take two day trips just us
Spend more quality time together at night where we aren't so rushed (game night/movie night/playing in rooms)
Relationship:
Go on at least one date a month
Attend one Community Marriage Builder's weekend/class
Weight loss:
Brian - Maintain loss for year; join a gym; Run a half marathon (April); run a full marathon (Fall)
Abbie - Lose 12 more pounds to total 50 and re-evaluate; start walking/exercising
Scrapbooking:
Finish Gavin's last two scrapbooks (1st year; 1st birthday)
Complete all four of Lilah's scrapbooks (Pregnancy; Hospital; 1st year; 1st birthday)
House:
Remove/Landscape Jungle
Remove Willow Tree
Replace toilet and put in tile in half bathroom
Make list of all projects we need to do before we can move
Finance:
Pay off Van
Pay off all of Brian's student loans
Organization:
Maximize space by cleaning out/organizing closets
Faith:
Attend Mass at least 2 times a month
Teach our children the importance of Faith/God in our lives
