Beach Day

The last week of school, there is a “Beach Day” at preschool.  Macie and Gavin were so excited.  I wasn’t able to sneak over, but my awesome friends took some pictures for me. 

Choosing to “Let it Go”

My kids have been obsessed with making forts in their beds to sleep in at night.  The sleep room is a mess and stuff is everywhere.  However, I’ve decided to choose to just let it go!  I mean, will they remember having a perfectly clean house or the giggles coming from the forts they worked so hard to create?

Spontaneous Sunday

Today, we decided to have another “Spontaneous Sunday”.  We stopped by to snuggle Andre for a few minutes, headed to Harmonie State Park for a picnic and to play on a few playgrounds, to the zoo to pick up our updated membership cards, to pick up Brian’s suit, and to several Walmarts and Target.  I was on the hunt for some canisters, but ended up buying the kids new placemats and water shoes.  After we stopped at our house for some down time, we went to dinner at Cici’s.  Beautiful weather, great company, great day!

Pecans

Grammie and Pops brought us a 5 gallon bucket of pecans on Saturday.  We are super excited but have quite a bit of work to do!
