Thanksgiving in Sturgis

Yesterday, my sister attempted a difficult task....54 people in one picture! She had all of the grandkids, their spouses, and great-grandkids get together for a picture that she is going to give my grandma for Christmas. Amazingly, all but about 6 could be there and she was able to take their picture on Thanksgiving. Somehow, she is going to crop them in. We were blessed with a gorgeous fall day. I can't wait to see how it all turns out and I will definitely be ordering one!
After the picture, we headed to Sturgis to celebrate Thanksgiving with Brian's family. Because we had all had our fill of turkey on Thursday, we decided to make finger foods instead. The food was great! It was nice because everyone was able to be there at the same time and that rarely happens. Macie was the center of attention, as usual! She had fun playing with everyone and eating!
Such a big girl!
A parent of one of the kids Debbie watches thought that Macie needed a rocky horse so she brought it over for Macie to play with.
A future cowgirl?
A highlight of the day for Brian was when his mom gave him a box that contains a lot of pictures, articles, and a partially completed scrapbook from his football and wrestling careers. It starts from when he was 5 or 6. This is a treasure!
