Last week, Brian had to go to North Carolina for work. It was a long week and I was it 24/7. Gavin’s healing came a long way, but there was still some limping, pain, putting on the compression every day, and that blister on his heel. I took him to the doctor on Thursday to see Dr. Voyles and the girls freaked out because I left them for an hour!
I had low expectations and we got out and about as much as we could, but I didn’t get much done around the house and kept meals very simple. We survived (with a few meltdowns by all) and I can’t say I look forward to his next trip!
