Brian turned 30 on February 27th. On his actual birthday, he had to work late. He did get to go to lunch with his friend, Wil, and pick up Firehouse Subs on the way home since his wasn’t free. However, other things just didn’t go as planned that day and he didn’t have the best day.
Thankfully, we were able to salvage that. After the shower, I got things ready for a party for Brian that night at Allie’s. There were about 20 of us and we had a lot of fun. I made finger foods and we had leftover pie. It was so nice to not worry about the kids, hang out with adults, and relax.
The next day we went to pick up the kids, and went to lunch at Tin Fish. Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Allie came, too. The kids wanted to be part of daddy’s birthday party. Now Brian has joined the 30 club!
Happy Birthday, Brian….we love you!!!
Patti and Brad got him this necklace and tiara because he has a shirt that says, “Suck it up, princess” and we always joke about it!
