On Sunday, October 7th, Brian ran his first half marathon. He had been training for months and he was super excited. Grammie, Pops, Grandma, the kids, and I bundled up and headed down town to cheer him on. It looked like rain, but thankfully, we stayed dry! It was super cold though! There aren't many people I would do that for! We were able to see Brian twice. We ran into my friend, Renee, and her girls. My Aunt Julie and Uncle Alan also showed up in several spots to cheer him on. The kids were so well behaved and loved cheering for all of the runners. Brian did a great job! He finished with a time of 2 hours,7 minutes, and 28 seconds!! He was pumped and in good spirits. Now, he says he is going to train for a full marathon! Good Job, Brian! We are so proud of you!
