Tonight I had the health club meeting at my house. It was finally nice enough for Macie to get outside and play on her swingset again. She was so excited! I just live for these moments and those smiles!!
The health club is a group of about 9 women in my family who meet on Wednesday nights and talk about various ways to be healthy. It is kind of like a support group. We have different contests, share recipes, walk, visit restaurants and stores, etc. They meet every week and I only go every other week. My aunt started it about over a year and a half ago.
