Sunday was Family Fun Day! We started out going to Mass. The kids were far from perfect, but it wasn’t too bad. After Mass, we went to visit Grams B. Grandpa was there and we had a nice little visit. After lunch and naps, we stopped by to see Wendy and Leland. We gave Leland some cookies for Valentine’s Day and Wendy some cards because she’d been sick. Then, we got ready to go to the library. We planned to get a few movies and books and get out. Well, that wasn’t quite the case because the library was celebrating its 100th birthday. It was packed and crazy, but we got a few free bags and the kids were able to make a drum. We got out of there just in time before the balloons dropped and they offered cupcakes. Our final stop of family fun was Cancun Mexican restaurant in Henderson. We’d gotten a gift card from there for Christmas. The food was delish and the kids love going out to eat! It was a great day as a family of 5. I look forward to many more in the future!
