The time change has been a tough adjustment in our house. The kids were getting up super early and struggling to stay up past 6 for a week! The Sunday after the time change, it was dark outside and only 4:45. Macie said “Umm Mommy, I think you forgot to feed us dinner!” Trust me, that child has never missed a meal!
Macie is always trying to figure out her world, but also wants reassurance. Lately, she will say something and then add, “Right, mama?” It is so cute and I love that she looks to me for that. I know there will be a time where nothing I say or do will be right. So for now, I will cherish each and every time she says, “Right, Mama?”
