Typically, we make a big deal out of the first haircut. We take them to my Aunt Jeri and take lots of cute pictures. Lilah's first haircut, however, was done by her brother. I was not too thrilled that he chopped out chunks of her hair! He told us that she told him to do it and she said, "But mama, I didn't realize he would really do it!"
