A Fun Afternoon

This afternoon, I gave Macie three choices. I asked her if she wanted to go to the zoo to see a few animals, the mall, or Chuck-E-Cheese. After careful consideration, she chose Chuck-E-Cheese because "we haven't been there in a while". We've collected quite a few free tokens from our sting cheese. After naps, we met my mom and Aunt Allie there (Brian was bartending). We were only there for an hour, but that was plenty of time. The kids played games, in the play area, and danced with Chuck-E. Macie is getting braver as far as Chuck-E is concerned. She got a lot closer to him and almost gave him a high five. Gavin, on the other hand, wasn't too sure. When we were cashing in our tickets, a lady handed Macie a receipt for 98 tickets! How nice was that! Macie picked out a Tinkerbell pencil, Gavin got a stretchy lizard, and they each got some sweet tarts.
When we left, we went to my parents' house to see Grandpa and eat dinner. We had a great day!

How cute is that??

Macie was looking through the toy catalog with Aunt Allie

Gavin thinks he found a picture of Daddy in an ad

The kids had a lot of fun with mailing address labels
