On Friday the 13th, Macie turned 3 and a half.  Seriously, how did that happen??  I'm just now getting used to the idea of her being three and now she is half way to four??  Macie is such a smart little thing. She remembers everything and is very curious.  She can also be so sweet.  She loves her little sister and is a mother hen to her.  Macie also has a "spirited" side!  She can be quite the handful.  She knows what she wants and will do just about anything to get it.  Macie can do so much, but here are a few of the highlights:

• She is very independent. She can dress herself, climb in the van, buckle herself in, and potty all on her own.  There are lots of other things she can do, too.  All of this helps me out so much!
• She is still pretty much on the same schedule.  She is very schedule oriented and we pay for it if we don't follow it.  She doesn't always take a nap, but most days still does.
• She still loves Dora, Aunt Allie, and Minnie!  She also loves to play outside, color, and play with her babies.
• She is still a great eater.  She will pretty much eat anything, but prefers fruits and veggies. 
• She is a Daddy's girl, but has been getting a lot closer to Mommy lately.
• She loves movie nights, game nights, and other fun things we do as a family.
• She is FULL of life and brings us such joy.  She also humbles us as we deal with getting not so good reports from daycare and watching her freak out over nothing.
• She doesn't like cats or dogs up close and is very quick to point that out!
• She loves to help with chores around the house, especially laundry and cooking!
