Kid’s Day

On Sundays, we try to do fun things as a family.  A few weeks ago, we found out about a Kid’s Day at the armory.  We decided to take the kids for some free fun.  It was a little crowded, but the kids had fun anyway.  They played several games, got some prizes, jumped in a bouncy house, and played twister.  The most frustrating part was waiting for the bouncy house.  The lady wasn’t making anyone get out and kids were cutting, so we waited forever.  The kids were so excited, we couldn’t talk them out of it. Overall, it was a fun time and I’m glad we went!

Gavin Funny:  On the way out, there were several kids playing outside by the door.  Gavin said, “Somebody left their kids here!”  We had to explain to them that just because they were running around like crazy people, doesn’t mean their parents weren’t around!
