Saturday night, I heard a knock on the door when I was reading a story to the kids. I was a little shocked to find our neighbors from two houses down. They said they remembered we had three small children and wanted to know if we wanted a Tonka bike and a ride in firetruck. The firetruck needs a new battery and the bike's tires need to be aired up, but I said, "Sure!" The dad ran straight down and pushed the items into our driveway. The kids were so excited. It was so nice of them to think of us so we made them thank yous and pretzels. We noticed they had a "For Sale" sign in their yard, so that's probably why they gave it to us, but we'll take it!
When the kids delivered pretzels to Leah's house, they got to go inside and get a present! They could hardly believe it and are still talking about it!

Macie got princesses and ponies to go with mega blocks
Gavin got a dump truck
