When Brian went to pick up the kids from Sturgis last Sunday, I rushed around and decorated the house. I got everything ready except putting the ornaments on the tree. The kids were so excited to see it all when they got home! We ate dinner and then got to work! The kids put candy canes in their countdown tree, helped us put ornaments on the tree, and opened up the first book. Every year, I wrap up our Christmas books and each night, they open one for me to read. It’s just another fun way for us to count down to Christmas! I sure do love these traditions with this family of mine!
