Corn Maize Craze

Saturday afternoon, we went to the Corn Maize Craze in Henderson. We've never taken the kids to a pumpkin patch before and I knew this year was the perfect year because Macie gets into everything so much. Brian and I never really did this as a kid (as far as we can remember) so it was a first as a family! Brian found this place online and we decided to check it out. It is $6 a person (kids 3 and under are free) and there was so much included! For $12 we got free popcorn, a goodie bag for Macie, 4 pie pumpkins plus paint, a hayride, a trip through the corn maze, straw maze/tunnel and corn box for toddlers, and to see some animals! I don't think you can beat that! We told Macie we were going to a pumpkin patch and she kept saying it over and over. She was so excited even though she had no clue what it meant! Painting the pumpkins was a bit disastrous, but overall it was a great family trip! We will definitely be going back next year!
I thought Macie would be a little scared to go through the tunnels by herself, but she did all of them with a smile on her face!

Ready to go in the corn maze!

Love this picture!

Gavin was our little pumpkin and he was all but thrilled that we put him up here for his picture!
Random Note: This was his first time to ever wear shoes. He wasn't too happy at first, but soon got used to them!
If you look closely, you will see black smudges on Macie's cheeks and clothes. She literally ate paint!!

"Why in the h*** are we doing this again?!?"
