Lilah's Pap

After hair cuts, we headed home for lunch and naps. Well, naps didn't really happen because Grammie and Pops came for a visit. While they were here, we had our third "first" of the day. We gave Lilah a pap for the first time. I'd been holding out until we were established breastfeeding, but I was getting tired of being a human pacifier and Brian was tired of sleeping at the end of the bed with his finger in her mouth. Grammie put the pacifier in her mouth and she instantly fell asleep. Most of the time you have to "teach" a baby how to use a pacifier, but not Lilah! It has helped us out tremendously! She is sleeping longer stretches at night and still nurses like a champ. What a relief!
Aunt Beth was in town for a 31 meeting and she stopped by for a visit as well. We were sad that Parker and Wil weren't with her, but we had a nice chat.
