Holding Tank

A year or so ago, I was watching a show about moms of multiples and one of them was talking about how they have a "holding tank" in their house. When they are trying to get ready and get out the door, they put their kids in a pack-n-play or "holding tank". They make it a positive thing and have toys to play with. I don't have multiples, but with two small children and another one on the way, I thought I would try out the idea. Although Macie can get out if she wants to, it is a big help. I'm able to get a shower, pack a bag, and get out the door in a more peaceful manner. The pack-n-play we are currently using is where the baby will sleep in our room, so we are going to buy a cheap one for the living room.
