Last weekend, Leah, our neighbor, had a yard sale. The kids were driving me crazy to go over there and say hi to her and see what she had. We finally went over there to check it out and she gave the girls some new hair bows. Gavin wanted something too, but we told him it was rude to ask. We went back to our house (embarrassed he was upset that he didn’t get anything) and before the kids even laid down for nap, she knocked on our door and had a bag of things for Gavin. It is a geo track set. We told her she didn’t have to give him anything, but she insisted. After nap, Daddy helped him set it all up. We thanked Leah by making her a loaf of sweet potato bread. We are so blessed to have great neighbors!
