Gavin noticed his birthmark on his leg for the first time today. His pant leg was pulled up and he was pointing to his birthmark saying "Mony, Mony". What he meant was Molly. Molly is a little girl at daycare who often hurts him. In fact, she just bit him on Monday and he had a mark on his wrist. I guess he thought she did that to him too!
I told him that Molly didn't do it, that it was his birthmark, and that it would be there his whole life. His answer...."K". Simple enough for now! I'm sure we will have many more discussions about it, but he seemed satisfied for the time being!
