About a month ago, I made some chocolate chip cookie dough to freeze so that we could make cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. I knew that I
wouldn't feel up to making it after having Lilah. Christmas Eve night after dinner, we made the cookies. I gave each child a bowl of cookie dough and we helped them to put it on the pan. The kids were so excited to leave out cookies for Santa. For the past few years, I've used a plate from my Christmas dishes to put the cookies on. Next year, I plan to make a plate for cookies for Santa. I'm glad that I waited because now all three kids will get to help make it!
We had to leave out 3 cookies for Santa: the biggest one for Macie, the middle one for Gavin, and the smallest one for Lilah

Santa must have gotten full before finishing the last cookie! Macie was disturbed by that!
