Geography Lesson

The kids go back and forth between Kentucky and Indiana almost every day.  We also take a lot of road trips to Sturgis, Owensboro, Madisonville, Louisville, and St. Louis to visit family and for fun.  Every time we go on a bridge, Macie wants to know what state we are in.  She also is curious why we have to go across a bridge to get to these places.  I guess Daddy and Macie were having a discussion about this on the way home yesterday.  She was asking a million questions, so Daddy decided to show her a map of the United States and have a little geography lesson.  He pointed out where we lived, the other places we've been, and Florida.  She was so into it and excited.  This girl is always wanting to learn something new!

Later, she was teaching Lilah about it!

Macie is always teaching Gavin something.  Today at lunch, she was teaching him the days of the week.  She will tell him to say one thing at a time.  Maybe she will follow in Mommy's footsteps!
